Its All About Salsa - part two
Here is the pizza that I made (inspired by the salsa I made).
Tortilla wrap (I used a tomato flavored)
Dried fresh basil (picked from my garden and dried in a bowl for a few days)
Fresh mozzarella cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly drizzle tortilla with olive oil. Coat top with salsa. Add pepperoni. Then top with pieces of the mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 18 minutes until mozzarella is brown and bubbly.
I guess it was pretty good. I CAN'T BELIEVE I ATE THE WHOLE THING....
