Gee's Meringue Kisses

4 egg whites
1 and 1/3 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
10 oz bag of  Nestle Swirled Chcolate & Peanut Butter Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cover 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.  Beat egg whites until foamy.  Beat in sugar until stiff peaks form.  Beat in extract. 

Stir in chips.  Drop by spoon onto parchment paper. 

Bake for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven.   Allow to cool. 

Note - don't make them on a humid day because you can't get the egg whites to form stiff peaks.
