Apple Raspberry Crisp

I made these last night - super quick and easy -

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 6 small custard bowls with cooking spray.
Place in custard bowls in  baking dish.

Chop 3 apples and distribute evenly in the custard bowls.  Drizzle with honey.  Place a tablespoon of raspberry jam on top of each.  Sprinkle with cinnamon

Next for the topping - mix together  1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup Wild Berry Muffin Mix (Martha White or Jiffy), 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.  Now place topping evenly on each one.

Place pat of butter on each.

Bake for 35 minutes.  And here's a video of how they turned out -

I thought the video would be nice since you can't smell or taste them, but you can see and hear the bubbling goodness fresh from the oven.  I know, I need to get a grip.

As Rachel would say, "YUM-O".  See what having too much free time and watching Food Network does?
